| 摘 要： | 组织链作为农业产业链的运行载体直接影响整个产业链的运行效率和效益,利润分配和风险分担机制是农业产业链组织形成的动因和基础,是农业产业链健康发展的必要条件。不同的农业产业链组织形式及运行机制各有其利弊,本文在比较分析的基础上,从农户、企业、政府等方面为中国农业产业化组织的发展提出了具体的对策建议。

| Abstract: | As the operational carrier of agriculture industrial chain, organization chain affects the operational efficiency and benefit of whole industrial chain. The mechanism of profit sharing and risk sharing is formative cause and basic of agriculture industrial chain organization, and is necessary condition for agriculture industrial chain to develop healthily. Different Organizational form and operational mechanism has each advantages and disadvantages. Based on comparative analysis, developing countermeasures have been advanced for Chinese agriculture industrial chain organization from farmers, corporations and the govemment etc. |
