祥云县部分农村小学生营养状况与家庭环境关系调查的研究

目的:探索家庭环境对小学生营养状况的影响,为提高小学生身体健康水平提供依据。方法:选取祥云县农村382名小学生为调查对象,进行体格测试和问卷调查。结果:营养不良检出率为66.41%。研究对象在性别、民族、子女数、胎次上差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论:家庭环境对小学生的营养状况有影响,在小学生营养健康方面应注重父母及周边环境对其的影响。

Investigation into the Relationship between Family Environment and Nutritional Status of Some Rural Pupils in Xiangyun County

Objective: To research the relationship between family environment and nutritional status of pupils,and provide a basis to improve the level of primary school physical health.Methods: Three hundreds and eighty-two rural pupils in Xiangyun County were enrolled in survey,indexes of height and weight were collected,family environment were inquired with questionnaire.Results: With body mass index(BMI),the malnutrition rate was 66.41% among 382 pupils.There were no significant differences between gender,ethnic,the number of children and births in one family(P > 0.05).Conclusion: Family environment is related to pupils’ nutrition status,special attention should be paid by the parents and the surrounding environment to improve pupils’ nutrition and health.
