| 摘 要： | 目的:观察蓝布正对小鼠脑缺血的保护作用。方法:不完全结扎小鼠一侧颈总动脉及迷走神经,另侧完全结扎造成脑缺血,观察12h存活时间和死亡率;结果:与生理盐水对照组比较,蓝布正12,24和48gk/gig可以延长存活时间,分别延长了45%(P>0.01),199%(P<0.05)和206%(P<0.01);降低死亡率,分另降低了6.8%(P>0.01),46%(P<0.05)和57%(P<0.01),均呈一定的剂量相关趋势。蓝布正12,24和40gk/gig能提高小鼠对耐缺氧实验的耐受作用。结论:蓝布不对小鼠脑缺血具有保护作用。

| Abstract: | Objective: To observe the protective effects of Aleppo avens on mouse cerebral ischemia.Methods: Hemi arteria carotid and vagus nerve is imperfectly ligated,other side is completely ligated,then observe 12h's survival time and death rate.Results: To compare with the normal saline control group,Aleppo avens 12?24?48g/kg ig can prolong survival time,prolonged rates are 45%(P>0.01)199%(P<0.05)? 206%(P<0.01)respectively;depress death rate,declining 6.8%(P>0.01),46%(P<0.05) and 57%(P<0.01) respectively,All results assume definite dose-effect correlation tendency.Otherwide,Aleppo avens's 12?24 and 48k/kg ig can increase mouse tolerance to experimental oxygen deficit.Conclusion: Aleppo avens have protective effect to mouse cerebral ischemia. |
