摘    要:目的:测定野生及人工培养的香菇、黑木耳中多糖含量。方法:采用苯酚-硫酸法测定其多糖含量。结果:在10~60μg/ml线性范围内,相关系数r=0.9994,平均回收率为99.45%,RSD为0.47%(n=6)。野生香菇和黑木耳中多糖含量分别为9.52%和8.54%,人工培养的香菇和黑木耳中多糖含量分别为8.36%和7.77%。结论:此方法操作方便,结果准确,为香菇和黑木耳的进一步研究提供了可靠的依据。

Abstract:Objective: To determine the contents of polysaccharides in wild and man-cultivated Lentinus edodes and Auricularia auricular, and compare the diversity of the contents respectively. Methods: Phenol-sulfuric acid method was used to determine the contents of amylase. Results: Within the range of 10-60ug/ml, the regression equation was A=0.0149C-0.0579, r=0.9994. The average recovery was 99.45% with RSD of 0.47% (n=6). The contents were 9.52% and 8.54% for wild Lentinus edodes and Auricularia auricular and 8.36% and 7.77% for man-cuhivated ones respectively. Conclusion: The method was simple, accurate and easy to perform.
