| 摘 要： | 公务员流动协调机制是国家和政府对公务员流动取向的盲目性和不规范性进行调控的机制。公务员对自身利益和价值的追求必将导致其市场行为同社会整体利益之间的矛盾,需要国家和政府进行协调。肯定公务员流动的合理性,把握公务员流动的生成动力及影响维度,则是构建引导公务员科学合理流动的协调机制的保证。

| Abstract: | The coordinating mechanism of public servants circulation is a mechanism to regulate the blind and uncontrolled circulation of public servants. The conflicts between the public servants' pursuit of their own interests and values and the collective interests of the society call for coordination by the state and the government. Affirming the rationality of their flow, understanding the impetus and influence of their flow is the basis for establishing a coordinating mechanism that can guide the scientific and rational circulation of public servants. |
