大庆油田二类油层聚表剂驱阶段性认识

为了探索二类油层大幅度提高采收率的有效方法,某二类油层2009年2月改注聚表剂驱,通过研究区块改注聚表剂驱后,注入井注入参数及采出井生产参数的变化,得出注入、采出能力、油层动用状况及采出井含水变化的特征。通过分析采出井油层发育状况及井组注采关系看出:二次见效及改后见效井,聚合物阶段,井组聚合物用量较少,采出程度较低,剩余油饱和度较高。针对这部分采出井,加大注入井措施力度的同时,提高注入井配注及注入浓度,加强聚表剂注入;针对采出井采液指数下降、供液不足及沉没度低的井增多的情况,及时调整机采参数,对采出井薄差油层压裂改造,提高注聚效果。截止到2009年9月,区块阶段提高采收率4.9%,预计最终提高采收率13.1%。
