有限空间中温压炸药后燃烧效应的试验研究

摘    要:为研究温压炸药在有限空间爆炸后燃烧过程的特征和规律,利用密闭爆炸罐模拟有限空间,测量了1种温压炸药和2种传统高爆炸药爆炸场压力、温度,分析了后燃烧效应对爆炸场压力、温度的影响。结果表明,温压炸药后燃烧效应可以增加冲击波后时间段的比冲量;温压炸药后燃烧效应能明显提升爆炸产物温度,使爆炸产物长时间保持在一个较高的温度水平;由比冲量、响应温度峰值以及温度曲线积分值比较结果可得,试验所测温压炸药后燃烧效应强于TNT和钝化太安。

Abstract:In order to investigate the characteristics and rules of thermobaric explosive afterburn process in finite space, an enclosed explosion-container was used to simulate finite space. Explosion field temperature and pressure signals of one thermobaric explosive and two high explosive were test. The influence of afterburn effect to explosion field temperature and pressure was analyzed. The results show that, the impulse after shock wave was enhanced as the result of thermobaric explosive afterburn effect. Afterburn process could increase the temperature of explosion products, and keep the explosion at a high temperature for a long time. According to comparison of impulse value, peak value of response temperature and integral value of temperature curve, it was carried out that the thermobaric explosive tested on experiment brought stronger afterburn effect than TNT and blunt PETN.
