摘    要:支撑剂粒径、铺置浓度、嵌入程度对裂缝导流能力的影响是目前实验的主要研究方向。由于压裂工艺新技术的不断发展,更多影响因素不断出现,因此有必要对支撑裂缝导流能力影响新因素进行研究。使用创新设计的压力试验机首次开展了循环应力加载模拟开、关井过程引起的地层应力波动对页岩储层支撑裂缝导流能力影响的实验。实验结果表明:地层应力波动对页岩储层导流能力的影响较大。随着循环加载次数的增加,页岩储层裂缝宽度降低,支撑剂的破碎率开始上升明显,后来趋于平缓。该因素的研究对压裂方案设计优化和现场施工具有一定的理论指导意义。

Abstract:The present experimental studies always focus on the impact of proppant particle size, proppant concentration and embedment degree on the fracture flow conductivity, with the continuous development of new fracturing technology, more new influential factors come into being, much more researches need to be done on the new factors which affect the conductivity of the supporting fracture. In this paper, innovatively designed pressure testing machine was first used in the cyclic loading operation to simulate the influence of the formation stress fluctuation caused by opening and closing well operation on the supporting fracture conductivity of the shale reservoir. The experimental results show that the formation stress fluctuation has larger influence on the conductivity of the shale reservoir, the crack width decrease with the increasing cyclic loading times, meanwhile the proppant broken rate began to rise significantly and then leveled off. The study of this factor has guiding significance on the design of fracturing and site operation.
