基于模糊理论的焦炉集气管压力控制系统的设计与实现

摘    要:针对湘钢焦炉集气管压力和鼓冷系统吸力控制特点,对原有系统进行改造,将模糊控制技术和常规PID控制技术相结合,提出了一种基于模糊理论的焦炉集气管压力控制方法,结合相邻通道的波动引起的耦合现象,采用模糊解耦原则进行解耦控制。通过matlab仿真表明:模糊PID参数自整定算法与常规PID相比,具有更好的动态特性。实践证明该方法有效实现了对集气管压力系统的智能控制。

Abstract:According to the characteristics of gas-collector pressure and suction-control of blower system for coke oven in Xiangtan iron and steel company, primary system is developed. Fuzzy control technology and routine PID technology are combined, and the control method of the pressure of gas collector in coke oven is given based on the fuzzy theory ,then decoupling control is adopted for coupling phenomenon. Matlab emulational results indicate that adjustable parameters of controller method of fuzzy PID is better than routine PID method in dynamic characteristics. It proves that intelligent control is solved availably in pressure of gas collector system.
