摘    要:道路交通是时空问题,交通流在时间与空间上应具有相关性,为指导城市道路交通管理,使城市道路交通流管控时间与管控区域长度精确化。从交通流参数、道路长度、交通运行时间之间的关系、时间占有率与空间占有率的定义出发,定义累计时间占有率与累计空间占有率,得出交通流在时间与空间上的等效性。在此基础上,建立了道路交通流时空关系模型,并将该模型用于计算管控时长与管控区域长度,通过实例验证,得出其可精确计算管控时长与管控区域长度,避免了管控资源的浪费。

Abstract:Road traffic is a problem of time and space, and traffic flow should be correlated in time and space. In order to guide the urban road traffic management, make the urban road traffic flow control and time control area length of high-precision. This paper starts from the relationship between traffic flow parameters, road length, traffic running time, and the definition of time occupancy and space occupancy, defines the cumulative time occupation rate and the cumulative space occupation rate, and obtains the equivalence of traffic flow in time and space. On this basis, the time-space relationship model of road traffic flow is established, which can be used to calculate the length of control time and control area. Through verification of examples, it is concluded that the model can accurately calculate the length of control time and control area, thus avoiding the waste of control and control resources.
