摘    要:水分会给油纸的绝缘能力和电气特性带来严重破坏,研究其对油纸系统绝缘状况影响有很大价值。通过在实验室制备不同含水量的油样品和纸样品,开展频域测试;提出不同特征频率点处的ε值作为特征参量,对油样品和纸样品中的含水量进行区分;结果表明:纸中含水量和油中含水量对ε的影响分别集中在频率对数-3~1和-3~-1范围内,且在该范围内影响较稳定;取频率对数为-3、-2和-1、0、1时的ε值作为区分油中水分和纸中水分影响的特征参量,对曲线进行拟合,得出函数关系;对进一步研究油纸绝缘含水量提供新方法。

Distinguish study on influence of moisture to transformer oil-paper insulation state

Abstract:Serious damage to oil paper insulation resistance and electrical characteristics have been brought by water,so study the effects of water to oil paper system insulation have great value. Frequency domain test was carried out through different water content of oil samples and paper samples were prepared in the laboratory; It can distinguish the sample water content as different characteristic frequency point value were put forward.Results showed that the effect of paper moisture content and oil content to were concentrated in the frequency logarithm of -3 to 1 and -3 to -1,and the influence is stable in this range; Frequency logarithmic - 3, - 2 and - 1, 0, 1 were put to be the characteristic parameters to distinguish the influence between moisture in water and paper.The function relation could get by curve fitting.This study could put new methods to the further study on oil paper insulation moisture.
