摘    要:随着中国民航的快速发展,空域资源的紧缺和空中交通拥堵现象越来越严重,由此带来的飞行冲突也越来越多.首先,提出了一种基于调速的飞行冲突探测与解脱方法并且通过非线性规划的方法优化调速机动阶段的燃油消耗.其次,通过飞行冲突探测和解脱方法确定飞机可以进行调速的速度区间,通过优化调速机动阶段燃油消耗,得到可调速的速度区间中的最省油的速度.最后,将速度剖面实时分配给相关的航空器,使航空器之间的间隔大于给定的最小安全间隔.通过仿真分析,提出的飞行冲突探测与解脱方法能够快速解决飞行冲突,非线性规划优化燃油消耗的方法能够带来较大的燃油消耗的节省.

Abstract:With the rapid development of China"s civil aviation, the shortage of airspace resources and air traffic congestion is becoming more and more serious, and the resulting flight conflicts are also increasing. In this paper, a method for detecting and resolving flight conflicts based on speed regulation is proposed and the fuel consumption in the speed regulation maneuver phase is optimized by nonlinear programming. Determine the speed range in which the aircraft can be adjusted by means of flight conflict detection and resolved methods. Then, by optimizing fuel consumption during the speed adjustment maneuver phase, the most fuel-efficient speed in the adjustable speed range is obtained. Finally, the velocity profile is assigned to the relevant conflict detection and resolved method based on speed regulation in real time, so that the interval between the aircraft is greater than the given minimum safety interval. Through simulation analysis, the flight conflict detection and release method proposed in this paper can quickly resolve the flight conflict, and the method of nonlinear programming to optimize fuel consumption can bring greater fuel consumption savings, which is more meaningful.
