| 摘 要： | 封严皮碗骨架形状复杂,成形困难.通过工艺分析,给出了骨架变形工序中压形模具的设计思想、结构、工作过程及主要零件的设计要点.提出各主要工序成形技术难点及解决措施.完成了压形模的设计、制造和应用,达到产品设计和使用要求.

| Abstract: | The enclosed leather cup structure is complicated and difficult to make. Through analyzing the process, the author puts forward his thinking on designing of the pressed module in the course of the deformation of the enclosed leather cup structure, on its working process, and its main accessories; points out the difficulties and their solutions in different shaping processes. He has accomplished the designing, producing, and application of the pressed module, and the products based on the designing have met the required level. |
