The enclosed leather cup structure is complicated and difficult to make. Through analyzing the process, the author puts forward his thinking on designing of the pressed module in the course of the deformation of the enclosed leather cup structure, on its working process, and its main accessories; points out the difficulties and their solutions in different shaping processes. He has accomplished the designing, producing, and application of the pressed module, and the products based on the designing have met the required level.
