某CAN总线隔离器的设计与实现

摘    要:本文设计的CAN总线隔离器是某型号弹上遥测设备,能够与弹上CAN总线节点以600Kps的传输速度进行数据交互,同时能够以60Kps的传输速度接受地面CAN总线节点发送的指令并按相同速率向地面反馈状态。本总线隔离器实现了地面到弹上,弹上到地面的数据传输速度隔离。本设计选用现场可编程门阵列(FPGA)作为逻辑控制芯片,以两片C8051F040单片机作为CAN接口通信芯片。文章从硬件电路、FPGA构造内部缓冲器及C8051F040波特率设置三个方面介绍了此设计,并给出了试验结果。

Abstract:In this paper, the CAN bus isolator ,which is a type of missile telemetry equipment , can interact data with CAN bus node on vehicle at 600Kbps. It also can receive command from ground console and send faceback at 60Kbps.The CAN bus isolator realizes speed isolation from vehicle and ground.The design selects of field-programmable gate array (FPGA) to control two pieces of C8051F040, which is embedded CAN bus controller and regarded as a bus isolator communication chip. The article introduce the hardware circuit, FPGA fabriced internal FIFO, C8051F040 baud rate setting and test results.
