无机渗透汽化膜乙醇脱水的中试实验研究

摘    要:渗透汽化作为一种新型膜分离技术,其突出优势是能够实现精馏、萃取、吸收等传统方法难以完成的分离任务,具有高效、节能、环保、不引入第三组分等优点。选用无机渗透汽化膜中试装置对镇平生产的纤维乙醇进行浓缩脱水实验,考察用该装置乙醇的脱水效果,为工业放大提供参考依据。

Abstract:Pervaporation as a new type of membrane separation technology, its outstanding advantage is the ability to realize distillation, extraction, absorption separation of traditional methods, such as difficult to complete tasks, with high efficiency, energy saving, environmental protection, without introducing the advantages of the third component. Use inorganic pervaporation membrane pilot plant production of cellulosic ethanol concentration of ascending dehydration experiment, examine with the device of ethanol dehydration effect, provides reference for industrial amplification.
