微电场-生物固定化复合工艺处理工业电镀废水

摘    要:利用新型微电场-生物固定化复合工艺法处理含重金属离子工业电镀废水,实验过程中采用了自行研制的新型固定床反应器来处理废水。深入研究了静态停留时间、初始浓度以及pH值等因素对去除率的影响,确定了工艺流程中的最佳工艺条件,即:pH(7-9),溶液初始浓度100mg·L~(-1),停留时间(60—120)min为佳;经过处理后废水中重金属离子的去除率为95%以上,达到了工业废水排放标准。

Abstract:A novel complex process of electro-deposition and biology is utilized to treat plating wastewater containing heavy metal ions.A new invented electro-biofilm packed column is utilized to treat plating wastewater including Zn~(2+)in the experimental process,and introduced the reaction principle.The influences of absorption time ,solution of pH values and the heavy mental ion initial density on the removal rate are also studied deeply,so can determined the best absorption condition in the process,that is:the best solution time is from pH 7 to pH 9,the best heavy mental ion initial density is 100 mg/L and the best absorption time is from 60 min to 120 min.After the complex process,the removal rate of Zn~(2+)can reach above 95%,which can reach the standard of the industrial outputing wastewater.
