导弹弹射架气动加载系统设计和仿真分析

摘    要:介绍了一种专用于模拟导弹弹射发射时所受气动力的地面模拟气动加载试验系统。分析了该加载机构的结构和特点,并进行了加载弹射仿真。对仿真结果和试验系统的实验数据进行了对比。对比结果表明,气动加载系统的加载力跳动误差不大于15%,达到了工程实际应用的目的。

Abstract:A ground loading test system was introduced which can simulate the aerodynamic load of missile when it was ejected. The configuration and characters of the system were analyzed, and the loading process was simulated with ADAMS.The simulation data was compared with the test data. The results indicate that the relative error of the loading force is less than fifty percent, which is acceptable for engineering application.
