摘    要:研究目的是建立失谐平行机构虚拟样机模型,并进行失谐动态响应的仿真分析。根据多体系统动力学原理和方法,建立了机构虚拟样机模型,提出了失谐机构建模方法。以平行机构为例进行了动力学仿真,得到平行机构的动力学参数;并进行机构失谐动态响应分析及其随机响应分析。结果表明平行机构存在失谐动态响应现象,并且失谐动态响应为随机分布。提出的方法计算成本低、精度较高,为失谐机构设计分析提供了一种新的分析方法。

Abstract:The purpose of the research is to build virtual prototype model of mistuned parallel mechanism and mistuned dynamic response simulation of the model. Based on multi-body dynamics theory and method, virtual prototype model of mechanism was established. Modeling method of mistuned mechanism is proposed. As an example, parallel mechanism is simulated on dynamics and dynamical parameter is got. Mistuned dynamical response and stochastic response are analyzed. The results showed that the proposed method had less calculating cost and higher calculating accuracy. A new method of mistuned mechanism design and analysis was provided.
