飞机强度试验大曲率弧形曲面结构加载技术及其应用

摘    要:飞机结构中,大曲率弧形曲面结构是一类重要的结构部件,如机翼前缘、缝翼、整流罩等.在飞机结构强度试验中,针对此类结构加载的研究较少,现有加载方式难以满足试验拉压双向载荷加载要求.因此,提出一种采用新型胶布带拉压垫—杠杆系统的加载技术,采用特殊设计的胶布带形式,适应大曲率弧形曲面结构特点,并通过仿真计算研究填充橡胶块厚度对载荷传递均匀性的影响,得到满足试验需求的合适厚度尺寸,从而实现大曲率弧形曲面结构双向加载.通过试验验证上述加载技术在加载精度、疲劳性能、抗拉强度及压载稳定性方面均满足要求,并成功应用于某型号襟缝翼疲劳试验中,结果表明该加载技术能够准备、高效地实现大曲率弧形曲面结构双向载荷的施加,缩短试验周期,加快试验进度.

Abstract:In aircraft structure, large curvature curved surface structure is a kind of important structural components, such as wing leading edge, slat, fairing and so on. In the strength test of aircraft structure, there are few studies on the loading of such structures, and the existing loading methods are difficult to meet the requirements of test tensile and compression bi-directional loading. Therefore, we put forward a new type adhesive tape pull pressure pad-lever system load technology, the use of special Canvas-pad form design, adapt to the large curvature of the curved surface structure characteristics, and through the simulation calculation filled rubber piece thickness influence on load transfer uniformity, satisfied the requirements of the test thickness size right, big curvature curved surface structure so as to realize the bidirectional loading. It is verified by test that the loading technology can meet the requirements in loading precision, fatigue performance, tensile strength and ballast stability. The loading technology has been successfully applied to the flaps and slats fatigue test of a certain model. The results show that the loading technology can accurately and efficiently apply the bi-directional load of the curved surface structure with large curvature, shorten the test period and speed up the test schedule.
