| 摘 要： | 介绍了目前根结线虫生物防治的现状 ,列举了一些真菌和细菌防治根结线虫的实例 ,指出根结线虫生物防治的途径是通过增强自然发生的拮抗物活性或引入其它的拮抗物来实现的。提出了根结线虫生物防治的一些急需解决的问题 ,如风险性评价、抑制线虫土壤的特性、天敌的流行学 ,并对未来发展方向进行了讨论

| Abstract: | The widely distributed root knot nematodes infect various kinds of plants,and are one of important pathogens.Biological control of root knot nematodes may be one desirable approach to nematode management in practice.The paper reviews the current status and achievements in the studies of biological control of root knot nematodes.Some examples of fungi and bacteria to control root knot nematodes are given.Biological control of root knot nematodes is conducted by enhancing the activity of naturally occurring antagonists or by introducing other antagonists.A lack of urgent information on some aspects such as risk analysis of biological control,nature of suppressive soil,pathogenic diversity and epidemiology is put forward.Possible new approaches and future directions are discussed. |
