摘    要:采用顶空固相微萃取(SPME)吸附采集鄢陵腊梅花的香气成分,通过气相色谱-质谱联用(GC-MS)分析鉴定,以GC-MS总离子流色谱峰的峰面积归一化定量分析鄢陵腊梅花的香气成分,鉴定出含有芳樟醇、乙酸苄酯、吲哚、苯甲醇、反乙位罗勒烯、壬醛、丁香酚、桂醇和甲琥胺等60种挥发性物质.结果表明,固相微萃取-气相色谱-质谱(SPME-GC-MS)法是一种简单、可靠、适用于鲜花香气成分分析的方法.

Abstract:The perfumed constituent of Chimonanthus praecox was extracted by headspace solid-phase microextraction(SPME) method, and analyzed by gas chromatography-mass spectrometry(GC-MS). Sixty volatile components were identified and their relative contents were determined. It was found that the The perfumed constituent of Chimonanthus praecox was extracted by headspace solid-phase microextraction(SPME) method, and analyzed by gas chromatography-mass spectrometry(GC-MS). Sixty volatile components were identified and their relative contents were determined. It was found that the predominant compounds were linalool, benzyl acetate, 1H-indole, benzyl alcohol, trans-beta-ocimene, nonanal, eugenol, 2-propen-1-ol, methsuximide. SPME-GC-MS was proved as a simple, reliable and feasible method for analyzing volatiles releasing from fresh flowers.
