| 摘 要： | 知识经济时代,信息已经成为一种最重要的生产要素。本文提出应该把信息作为一种生产要素来研究,并对其生产率进行测度。运用生产率度量的生产函数法,分离计算出全要素生产率和包括信息要素在内的各要素在产值增长中的贡献率,并由此得出了信息要素生产率的计算公式,避开了信息要素生产率测算中遇到的收益周期长、收益外溢而引起的信息要素投入的收益测算难题,使对信息要素生产率的宏观测算变得简单易行。

| Abstract: | In the era of intellectural economy,information is becoming the most important element of production.In this paper,however,information is studied as one of the elements of production,and is measured.A calculating formula on the measure of the productivity of information by applying the function of production is 06tained.The difficulties in the measure of the productivity of information are avoided,which is caused by the longcycle of repayment and profit externality of information investment.As a result,it becomes easy and simple to measure the productivity of information. |
