SiO2对镁锆合成料抗渣性的影响

摘    要:用吸渣荷软法研究了SiO2成分对镁锆质合成料抗渣性的影响。结果表明:由于镁锆合成料中SiO2含量的不同,故在与渣作用时形成的低熔点相不同;随着合成料中SiO2含量的提高,吸渣荷重软化温度明显下降,造成合成料的抗渣性恶化。

Abstract:The relationship between SiO 2 contents and slag resistance of fused magnesia zirconia materials has been studied by refractoriness under load test.The results show that the refractoriness under load decreased significantly along with the increasing of SiO 2 content,which indicated that the SiO 2 content of magnesia zirconia composites affect the property of slag resistance significantly.
