| 摘 要： | 在分析高校体育信息资源开发利用现状的基础上 ,着重研究了新时期高校体育信息资源开发利用的途径 ,包括数据库的建设和开发、多媒体技术的利用以及网络环境下 ,通过超文本检索工具、主页信息导航、电子邮件、文件传输、远程登陆、文献投递等方式 ,对体育信息资源进行开发和利用 ,最后提出了高校体育信息资源开发利用的具体对策 .

| Abstract: | This thesis,on the basis of an in\|depth analysis of the present development and application of information resources of physical education at college and university level,focuses on approaches to the further development and application of information resources of physical education at college and university level in a new era.It covers a wide variety of related subjests ranging from the construction and development of data bank ,the application of multimedia technology to the development and application of IRPECU by means of hypertext retrieval,homepage info navigation,E\|mail service,Telnet,FTP,document delivering,etc,in a network environment.As a result,some specific and practical approaches are proposed to the development and application of IRPECU. |
