| 摘 要： | 基础教育新课程改革的成败,关键在教师,高师院校作为培养未来教师的工作母机,在这一进程中起着重要的作用。基础教育新课程改革对教师培养带来新要求。为推进新课程改革,应当针对现有高师教育存在的弊端,对教师教育进行同步改革、提高教师的相关素质。
