双螺带螺杆桨气液混合性能数值模拟及其工业应用

针对聚合物溶液为高黏非牛顿流体并且水解过程产生气泡的特殊物系，开发了双螺带螺杆搅拌桨．采用双欧拉模型和滑移网格法对双螺带螺杆搅拌桨在高黏气液两相流中的流体力学行为进行了非稳态数值模拟．研究结果表明，双螺带螺杆桨的特殊结构使得全槽流场呈现轴线大循环特征，全槽溶液表观黏度分布比较均匀，并且有利于溶液中气泡的聚集和浮升，适用于聚合物溶液的水解混合过程．该装置已成功应用于我国某油田聚合物溶液的配置过程中．

Numerical Simulation on the Gas-Liquid Mixing Performance of Double Helical Ribbon-Screw Impeller and Its Industrial Application

Based on the fact that polymer solution is a kind of non-Newtonian fluid with high viscosity and produces air bubble in the hydrolysis process, a double helical ribbon-screw impeller was developed. The hydrodynamic be- havior of the double helical ribbon-screw impeller in gas-liquid two-phase flow was simulated based on Eulerian mul- tiphase model and sliding mesh method under unsteady state in this paper. It was found that, due to its special struc- ture, the double helical ribbon-screw impeller made axial circulation flow, resulted in homogeneous viscosity distri- bution of the polymer solution in the stirred tank, and also contributed to the aggregation and floatation of the air bubbles, which showed that the double helical ribbon-screw impeller was suitable for the polymer hydrolysis and mixing process in water. This type of impeller has been successfully applied in an oil field in China for preparing polymer solutions.
