N,N—二(1—甲基庚基)乙酰胺萃取镉机理的研究

摘    要:N,N—二(1—甲基庚基)乙酰胺(简称N_(503))从盐酸溶液中萃取镉性能良好。本文仅研究其萃取机理。采用斜率法、连续变量法、饱和法和饱和有机相中无机离子的分析等多种方法确定,镉进入有机相的形式是H_2CdCl_4,萃合物中的溶剂化数是2。紅外光谱分析表明,N_(503)—Cd萃合物具有O、N双原子配位的結构。其萃取机理属离子缔合萃取,萃合物的组成为(N_(503)H)_2CdCl_4。萃取反应是放热反应。

Abstract:The extraction of cadmium ions with N, N-di (1-methylheptyl) acetamide (N_(503)) in kerosene from hydrochloric acid solution is of practical value and its efficiency is quite satisfactory. This paper deals with its extraction mechanism.The methods of slope, continuous variation, maximum saturation, and inorganic ion analysis in saturated organic phase have proved tnat the form of Cd~(2+) entering in organic phase is H_2CdCl_4, and the number of the extraetant molecules in extracted complex is 2. The analysis of infrared spectrum shows that the structure of N_(503)-Cd complex is a diatom coordination of oxygen and nitrogen, and the extraction mechanism is of ion association.The composition of the extracted complex is (N_(503)H)_2CdCl_4. The extraction reaction is exothermic.
