体外反搏对犬动脉剪切应力参数的影响

摘    要:为研究体外反搏对不同情况下剪切应力参数的影响,对18条开胸犬实时测量颈主动脉,头臂干和胸主动脉等处的血流量,计算出各处剪切应力的变化,结果表明,急性心肌缺血和体外反搏可以使剪切应力的平均值,变化范围和变化速率发生变化,即改变了剪切应力的脉动性。

Abstract:For the study of the effect on parameters of shear stress with external counterpulsation,blood flow were measured at the arteria carotics,truncus brachiocephalics and other places for six chest open dogs,and shear stress were operated.The statistic results show the average,range of change and changing rate were changed with acute myocardial ischemia and ECP,i.e.the phasic characteristics of shear stress were changed.
