摘    要:针对电力系统电压稳定问题,利用L_1指标研究了预防电压失稳的常用无功补偿手段。就系统电压稳定性的准确获取(电压稳定指标的选择与改进)、多场景下补偿点的选取、补偿方式(并联补偿或串联补偿)的选择和补偿量的优化选取等问题进行了深入的研究.基于上述研究,提出了一种新颖的解决方案.经New England标准验证系统检验,所提方案能够给出考虑多种运行方式的最佳补偿量,并对补偿方式的选择给出定性指导,为电力系统的规划提供有益的参考.

Abstract:The method of using reactive compensators to prevent voltage instability is developed via L_1 index. Some correlated aspects are also investigated,such as precise indicator to voltage stability(instability),choosing the location of compensation and compensation tools(series or shunt compensators)under multi-conditions,and the optimization of compensation rate.Based on above analysis,a novel method is proposed.At last,an example of New England test system is given to validate the method.The results show that using the proposed method,the optimal compensating location and compensation rate under multi-conditions,and qualitative instruction for the choice of compensation tools can be given.This indicates that the method can provide meaningful reference to power system planning.
