福建省长泰县国家生态示范区生态林业建设研究

生态林业是符合可持续发展要求的传统林业替代模式,具有生产性、区域性、协调性、复合性和尺度性等五大特性.本文对福建长泰国家生态示范区森林资源与林业发展的特征与问题进行了浅析,着重探讨一个包括观念、林地景观生态保护区、地带性植被保护、生物防火林带、生产性复合型生态系统和生物多样性——生态旅游复区等内容、具区域特色和一定借鉴意义的生态林业体系建设问题.

A RESEARCH ON THE CONSTRUCTION OF ECO-FORESTRY IN CHANGTAI NATIONAL ECOLOGICAL DEMONSTRATION AREA FUJIAN, CHINA

The cannotation and properties of eco-forestry are described in the paper. Based on the analysis of features and problems, which show significant typicality in Fujian Province, of forest resource as well as forestry development, an eco-forestry construction system in Changtai National Ecological Demonstration Area is proposed and studied, involving aspects of new concept strengthening, forestland landscape ecological porotection area structure planning, zonal vegetation conservation, fire-prevention belts setting-up, productively compound ecosystems rebuilding and biodiversity-ecotourism area construction. The paper is designed to emphysize the importance of transforming traditional forestry into eco-forestry and to give a reference to sustainable forestry development in other mountainous areas in Fujian Province or elsewhere.
