食品活性包装的现状及研究进展

摘    要:综述了食品活性包装及其应用,包装为被包装的产品提供了一个与外部环境隔离的屏障,包装类型是影响包装食品货架期的重要因素之一.活性包装可以降低外部因素对包装内部食品的影响,保持食品的品质和安全.最后还提出今后食品活性包装的发展方向。

Abstract:Packaging may be termed active when it performs some role other than providing an inert barrier to external conditions. The type of packaging has an important role in determining the shelf life of food. Active packaging has developed as a technique to keep the quality and safety of food by itself. The application and development of active food packaging in the future are reviewed in this paper.
