摘    要:采用硝酸联合消解环境水样,原子荧光光度法同时测定硒和砷的含量.优化了测定条件,进行了干扰试验,并对不同来源的实际水样进行了分析.结果表明,该方法操作简便、灵敏度高、干扰少.

Abstract:The simultaneous digestion and determination of arsenic and selenium in water by hydride generation-atomic fluorescence spectroscopy was proposed.The experiment conditions were optimized and the effect of the coexistent elements on the determination was studied.Based on the results of sample analysis,it could be concluded that the present method is simple,sensitive and credible.
