黑木耳子实体水溶性多糖的分离纯化及其部分理化性质和生物效用

摘    要:黑木耳(Auricularia auricula)子实体的水溶性多糖经提取、脱蛋白、分离和纯化,得单一均匀组分 WEAⅡ。实验证实 WEAⅡ对供试微生物菌株无毒性,对由二甲苯所致小鼠耳壳炎、醋酸引起的小鼠扭体反应均有显著的抑制作用,能显著延长小鼠热板反应时间。

Abstract:The aqueous polysaccharides from the sporocarp of Auricuilaria auricula were extracted,deproteinized,isolated and purified,to afford a homogeneous fraction WEAII.WEAII(α]_D~(22.5)+45°)did not contain protein,had 350000 moleculer weight,was composed of gluconic acid,maunose and glocose and linked with 1→3 bonds.WEAII was nontoxic to the experimental strsins. Anti-inflammatory effect of WEAII was shown by depressing the inflamma- tory edema of ear induced by dimethylbenzen in mice.Analgesic effects of WEAII were shown by inhibiting the writhing response (induced by acetic acid) and prologing the reaction time on hot plate in mice.
