甘草中甘草酸粗品最佳提取条件研究

摘    要:研究萃取剂用量、温度、时间、pH值、酸化剂与甘草中甘草酸粗品提取率之间的关系。得出从甘草中提取甘草酸粗品的最佳提取条件为:蒸馏水为萃取剂,样品/萃取剂为1∶8,在90℃提取,萃取时间2h/次(共3次),H2SO4(3.5mol·L-1)作酸化剂,在此最佳提取条件下得到甘草酸粗品中甘草酸含量为65%以上。

Abstract:This paper studied the relationship between extracting rate and its effects (extracting agent, temperature, time, pH value and acidulating agent)in the process of extracting rough Glycyrrhizic acid from Glycyrrhiza . The optimum extracting conditions were obtained: distilled water as extracting agent, sample/extracting agent is 1:8, extracting at 90℃ for 2h every time( 3 times), H 2SO 4(3.5mol·L-1)as acidulating agent. At conditions above, the content of Glycyrrhizic acid is 65% in the rough product obtained.
