| Abstract: | The choice of the jumping moment in rebounding is the most important part in rebounding technique. Obserration judgement and jumping are correlated.Using it well, the opportunities of attack can be obrained more and more. Therefore the success of the match is just in hand if we grasp the correct way of exercise and apply it to match. |
