软件可靠性测试充分性的多准则判定及应用

摘    要:在分析软件可靠性测试充分性特点的基础上,提出一种多准则充分性判定方法.依据运行剖面构造系统的使用模型,通过假设检验和贝叶斯推断确定测试用例数量,建立差异函数判断测试模型与使用模型的偏离,根据软件失效情况进行多轮次充分性判定,并使用贝叶斯方法积累测试信息,同时利用测试结果开展软件可靠性的评价与预测.实例分析表明,多准则充分性判定方法对可靠性测试用例集要求更加严格,使得根据该测试用例集的测试结果开展可靠性评价与预测更具可信性.

Abstract:Testing adequacy characteristics in software reliability assessment and prediction was analyzed.A multiple criteria determination method is proposed.Usage model was built according to operational profile.The statistical hypothesis testing and Bayesian method were used in judging test case quantity,and difference function was used to calculate the deviation between testing model and usage model.When software failure was found and corrected,adequacy was analyzed in the next round.Testing information was counted in the prior Bayesian parameters,and was used to reliability assessment and prediction.Case study shows that the used method is more serious,and the reliability assessment and prediction are of more creditability.
