| Abstract: | Headed by Professor M. A. Green, a group has successfully developed two new types of high-efficiency silicon solar cells, the MINP and PESC cells, in the solar photovoltaic laboratory of the University of New South Wales of Australia. The structures of the cells are described and the measures to achieve high efficiency are discussed. |
