| 摘 要： | 提出了模块化的可重用的单元控制软件结构，它采用适度递阶结构，可作为单元控制器的参考模型，由此可快速地设计出满足特定应用要求的专用控制结构．为了实现单元控制软件中模块之间的有效通信，提出了基于通用消息传递的控制系统通用模型，并分析讨论了实际控制系统所需的消息，从而为实现高柔性和可重构的单元控制系统提供了有力的支持．

| Abstract: | The modular and reusable cell control architecture is proposed, using modified hierarchical architecture and acting as the reference model for cell controller to design the special control architecture quickly. In order to implement effective communication between the modules in cell control software, the generic model of message passing control system is presented. The real control system needed messages is discussed. These are intended to be used to support system developers when implementing a generic, message base and modular control software of machine cells. |
