| 摘 要： | 以苏州河综合整治工程的计划管理为背景，提出一种用于多部门计划协调支持系统的Agent协同工作组织结构，分析了该框架下Agent的工作过程，重点讨论了Agent的结构模型，实现技术及通信机制，并通过SSRCC－MDPCSS原型系统说明多Agent的协同工作模型的实现过程，证明了这种框架结构的合理性和实用性。

| Abstract: | Based on Rehabilitation & Construction Project for Shanghai Suzhou Creek, this paper proposed a multi agent collaborative organization framework for multi department plans coordinating support system and explained how Agent worked in this model. The prototype development and key technology of Agent were discussed in detail. The paper defined the architecture model of Agent in which the knowledge library and rule library were emphasized, and proposed a method to implement the Agent using oriented object technology. The communication protocol of multi agent was discussed. A prototype system named SSRCC MDPCSS was designed to support the rationality and practicality of this type of framework. |
