| 摘 要： | 对敏捷制造模式下车间控制系统的功能进行了分析，它除了具有常规的功能外，还具有实现单元动态重构、通过网络对外交流和对外合作功能；建立了车间控制系统功能模型；对多代理机系统用于车间控制系统进行了可行性分析，提出了基于多代理机的车间控制结构模型，该结构模型具有模块性、智能性、鲁棒性、动态性和柔性等特性，满足敏捷制造对车间控制系统的要求，能够快速适应制造环境的变化．

| Abstract: | The paper illustrates the function of shop floor control system with implementing dynamic reconfiguration of manufacturing cell and cooperating with other enterprise by network besides with the conventional function. The function model of shop floor control system is established . Based on the analysis of the feasibility of multi agent systems used the control system, multi agent based architecture for the system is presented, with many characteristics such as modularity, intelligence, robustness, dynamic and flexibility. The architecture meets the requirement of agile manufacturing on the control system, achieving rapid responsiveness to the changing manufacturing environment. |
