| Abstract: | The
structure models and the work flow of the software for the multi purpose project management
system are described. The computing methods in the project control cycle are analyzed in detail. A
project control cycle is typically composed of some elements. They are shared data, project
definition (redefinition), scheduling (time and resource, baseline version created), progress
performance measurement and forecast, monitor and report. |
