红豆杉细胞在反应器中培养动力学的研究

摘    要:应用气升式生物反应器及搅拌式生物反应器悬浮培养红豆杉细胞,得到细胞生长和紫杉醇合成动力学曲线.经过反应器动力学的比较,结果表明红豆杉细胞较适于在机械搅拌式反应器中培养.

Abstract:The growth of plant cell cultures of Taxus chinensis in the airlift bioreactor and stirred tank bioreactor is studied. On the basis of the knowledge the secondary metabolism in cultured Taxus chinensis cells, the comparison research is done. The culture growth and taxol production are all analyzed. The experimental results show that culturing in the stirred tank bioreactor is more suitable for Taxus chinensis cells. The maximum dry cells weigh 18.5?g/L and the maximum taxol concentration of 20.2?mg/L are obtained after 30 days.
