基于超声波检测的汽车防雨密封性试验研究

摘    要:针对汽车防雨密封性淋雨试验方法中存在的主要问题,提出了一种基于超声波检测的试验方法,采用超声波发生器作为信号源置于车体内,利用检测装置将超声振动波转换成电压信号输出,经计算机处理分析后可自动评定汽车的防雨密封性能.研究结果表明,该方法可节省试验时间、简化试验步骤、降低试验成本,对提高营运汽车运行的安全性和舒适性、实现完整的全自动汽车综合性能检测系统可起到积极的推动作用.

Abstract:Aiming the main problems caused by the rain test of automobiles rain proofing performance,a new method by ultrasonic testing is proposed.An ultrasonic generator in the inner of automobile carriage was used as the signal source.The ultrasonic vibration waves were converted into voltage signals through detecting equipments in the outer of the carriage.The rain proof performance was evaluated automatically after the voltage signals were processed by computers.The research results show that this method may save the test time,simplify the test approaches and reduce the test costs,which play a positive impetus role in enhancing the safety and comfort of commercial automobiles transport and realize the full automatic comprehensive performance test system for automobiles.
