摘    要:根据时间分割法的基本思想,推导出抛物线插补的数学模型,提出一新的算法,分析了理论插补精度,并编制了相应的轨迹插补程序.与其他插补方法的比较显示了新算法的优越性.

Abstract:The interpolation algorithm for a parabola based on the principle of the time-slicingmethod is proposed.A parabola can be approximated by chords of equal length and eachchord is machined within a time interval of the same period.The feed increments along theactive and passive axes are calculated respectively by the corresponding formulae selected au-tomatically according to where the interpolation points belong to. The criterion for the cross-the-top of parabola and the processing technique are given.An analysis of the approximationaccuracy has led to the relationship between it and the feedrate and the corresponding formu-la for feedrate selection. The correctness of this algorithm has been proved by simulation andindustrial tests.Its advantages are shown in a comparison with other interpolation algo-rithms.
