| 摘 要： | 分析了现行空车调整方法存在的缺陷 ,提出以运输距离、运输时间、运输费用和换算当量为目标的空车流网络调整方法 ,以及在现行运行机制下改进空车流组织的建议 .进一步从理论上作了较深入的探讨 ,提出市场经济下空车运送机制的新概念和基本要求 .

| Abstract: | The organization of empty- wagon flow is an importantpartofwagon flow organization.This pa- per analysed the shortcoming of the present empty- wagon regulation,then put forward the empty- wagon regulation method that takes the transportation mileage,transportation time,transportation fee and con- version equivalent as the goals;and raised some measures on improving the empty- wagon organization un- der the present mechanism. At last,it presented the basic requirement and the new idea on the empty- wagon transportation mechanism under the market economy. |
