电动汽车无刷直流电动机的回馈制动控制

摘    要:为延长电动汽车的续驶里程,基于4种典型循环工况的能量分析,研究了无刷直流电动机回馈制动的控制原理,建立了回馈制动的数学模型,并设计了转矩闭环PI调节的控制方式,将这一控制方式运用于纯电动汽车上,结果表明,回馈制动控制安全可靠。

Abstract:To make electric vehicle (EV) run more distance, based on the energy analysis of FTP, HWEFT, ECE-EUDC and JP1015, four vehicle running cycles, and the principle of regenerative braking control of DC brushless motor was researched. The mathematical model of the regenerative braking was built and the PI control method with torque close-loop was designed. This control method was applied to pure EV and the result proves that it is safety and reliable.
