汽车覆盖件拉深成形过程中的摩擦研究

摘    要:借助板料拉深成形性能实验测试系统,应用物理模拟的方法研究了覆盖件拉深 成形过程中磨擦与润滑的关系,并通过自行配置的油基润滑剂和水基润滑基研究了汽车覆盖件拉深成形过程中压边力与不同润滑状态的关系。由于水基润滑剂对压边力的敏感性,将水基润滑剂在不同压边力值条件下测试得到的磨擦系数进行了回归分析,建立起磨擦系数与压边力的实验回归方程。

Abstract:Depending on the sheet metal forming properties experiment testing system, the relationships between friction and lubricant of automobile plate drawing forming were studied using a physical simulation. The blank-holder force and different lubricant status were also researched using oil-based lubricants and water-based lubricants confected by our laboratory. Considering the water-based lubricant is sensitive to blank-holder force, this paper analyzed the frictional coefficients obtained by water-based lubricant tested under different blank-holder force, and set up the experimental regressive equation between the frictional coefficient and blank holder force.
