| 摘 要： | 针对理论计算拉延筋抗力的复杂性 ,借助一套拉深实验测试系统 ,以盒形件拉深过程为研究对象 ,提出了一种通过实验方法简便测试拉延筋抗力的方法 ,即通过测定有、无拉延筋前后的总拉深力可以简便地计算出拉延筋抗力的大小 .将实验结果与数值模拟结果进行了对比计算 ,表明试验方法得到的结果与数值模拟的结果相吻合 ,说明了实验方法的正确性 .

| Abstract: | Due to complexities of draw bead restraining force calculated according to theory, depending on sheet metal forming properties experiment testing system developed, a simply method to calculate draw bead restraining force is put forward by experiment method in cup shaped drawing process. The experiment results are compared with numerical results and they are agreement. It shows the method is correct. |
