茶多酚与Pb2+络合反应机理及其应用研究

摘    要:本文对茶多酚与Pb^2+络和反应的机理及其应用进行了较为系统的研究。研究发现。花多酚与Pb发生络合反应形成沉淀。络合反应分两级进行,两极反应Pb^2+与花多酚配比分别为2:1和1:1。沉淀稳定性在PH3-12之间比较好,当PH〈3〉和PH〈12时沉淀发生转溶转溶效果受时间和温度交互影响。

Abstract:In this paper, a systematic study on principle and application of complex reaction of tea polyphenols and Pb2+ was carried out. The result showed that tea polyphenols can react with Pb2+ and lead to precipitate. The complex reaction can be divided into two steps, which complex rations is two to one and one to one respectively. The stability of precipitation is better when PH is three to twelve, the precipitation can dissolve when PH<3 and PH>12. The dissolvent effect is effected by time and temperature. Use this property, take precipitation dissolve in sulphuric acid solution which PH is one, the Pb2+ and SO42- can react to precipitate and tea polyphenols dissolve in clear solution at upper stratum. In this way we can abstract tea polyphenols in tea drinking. The tea polyphenols can be used to clean water in life and take back heavy metal in sewage etc.
